Howie Doin Roger That Racing is a 501c3, nonprofit, charitable organization committed to giving back to the riders of the Mission Foods CTR Flat Track series
Rider give-back initiatives will include:
-10 Gratitude Bucks Giveaways at each round (Gratitude Bucks are the cash value of race entry fee given to
rider) All riders can enter for FREE to be randomly selected at each event.
-Winners will get a picture with a BIG CHECK and can opt in to do a rider interview to thank sponsors which
will be posted to all HDRT social media platforms
-Rider Hospitality Area – an area with healthy snacks and fruit available to all participating riders on race day
-Head Strong Helmet Program – there will be a back up helmet in every size, should a rider have an incident
causing their helmet to be compromised, but they are still cleared to race
-Veteran/First Responder Giveback Initiatives thanks to Motoshippers
-Custom banners for top 3 in series in select classes

Tom Duma Jr., raced at the professional level himself from 1976 to 1981. As he finished up his career as a racer, Tom Duma Jr. learned the jewelry business from his father, before eventually taking over the company in 1985.
