1.1. If there is a situation where a rider is unable to start a heat race in a class that doesn’t have enough entries needed for a semi, rider must present himself/herself in staging to let us know. Rider will be placed on the penalty row for the main event. If a rider is unable to start a heat race in a class that will run semis to qualify for a main event, rider must present himself in staging to let us know. Rider will be placed on the penalty row for the semi. If a rider does NOT present himself/herself to staging prior to race, rider will NOT be allowed to start on the penalty row in main event or semi. Motorcycle is not needed when presenting himself/herself prior to race.
